40/8 ft Zeecontainer Met Roldeur, Electrical System, and Interior Lighting

Product Description

This 40-foot Zeecontainer offers a versatile and secure solution for on-site storage, mobile workshops, or as a foundation for customized spaces. It is constructed from weather-resistant Corten Stalen and has been fitted with a Roldeur and a pre-installed electrical system for immediate functionality. This unit provides a spacious and durable enclosed environment suitable for various commercial and industrial applications . The container’s design prioritizes security and structural integrity, ensuring your assets or equipment are protected .

Key Features

• Roldeur Access: A robust, lockable Roldeur is installed for convenient and space-efficient access. This feature is particularly useful for locations where a traditional swinging door is impractical, allowing for easier loading and unloading of equipment or materials .

• Pre-Installed Electrical System: The container is equipped with an electrical system, including interior lighting. Power is delivered via a standard external connection point, providing illumination and a power source for tools or equipment inside. This allows the unit to function as a lit workspace or secure, illuminated storage immediately upon delivery.

• Durable Weather-Resistant Construction: Built from Corten Stalen, the container is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, including heavy rain and snow, protecting the contents from the elements .

• High Level of Security: The Stalen construction and integrated locking mechanisms on the Roldeur provide a formidable barrier against theft and unauthorized access. When combined with the customer’s own high-security locks, it offers enhanced protection for valuable inventory or tools  .

• Standardized afmetingen: As a 40-foot container, it is built to standard ISO specifications. Its design allows for easy transport via truck, rail, or ship and can be moved by crane or forklift as needed  .

Detailed Description

Zeecontainers are recognized for their strength and adaptability, and this 40-foot model is a prime example of that utility . It is constructed with heavy-duty, corrugated Stalen panels, which are mounted onto a robust Stalen frame. This type of construction was originally engineered for the rigors of ocean freight and is therefore highly effective for stationary storage and workspace applications  .

A key modification on this unit is the replacement of standard double doors with a full-width Roldeur. This upgrade is often preferred for workshop or high-traffic storage environments. It can be opened with ease and secured overhead, completely clearing the door opening. No additional clearance is required for door swing, making it ideal for positioning in tight spaces or near other structures.

Furthermore, this unit has been fitted with an internal electrical package. Lighting fixtures are mounted to the ceiling, providing consistent illumination across the entire interior. The electrical system is terminated in a standard exterior junction box, ready for connection to a power source. This pre-wiring saves significant time and cost compared to retrofitting a standard container. It provides a turnkey solution for those needing a functional space, whether for a site Kantoorunit, a secure workshop, or organized opslag.
